Meet Milagros Del Solar
After seven years at the Maternidad, Milagros has shown herself to be a skilled, compassionate, and caring dentist. She treats patients of all ages, offers free care for those unable to pay, and conducts Saturday dental checkups for orphans at the Center.
Dignified Housing Program
Led by the compassionate home visit nurses at the Maternidad de María, in collaboration with its social assistance team and religious personnel, the Foundation began constructing basic homes for families of patients in critical conditions in early 2025.

Given Peru’s challenging labor and employment laws, Director Rosa is uniquely positioned to both oversee the management of the 160-plus employees at the Center and address the complicated labor regulations impacting the Center and its employees.
Visit of the Apostolic Nuncio
In an atmosphere of tenderness and profound pastoral closeness, the Apostolic Nuncio, Paolo Rocco Gualtieri, visited Maternidad de María (Maria of Mary). He was welcomed by all the staff, expectant mothers, and patients, who joyfully celebrated his arrival at our institution.
