In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the apparitions of Our Lady in Fatima, Bishop Zubik will solemnly consecrate the Diocese of Pittsburgh to the Mother of God. Families and faithful are warmly invited to participate in this historic event. Children and adults preparing for the reception of sacraments are encouraged to participate, as they will have a special role in the procession.

The schedule for the evening is:
5:00-6:30 PM Picnic-style Dinner
6:30 PM Assemble for Procession
7:00-8:00 PM Candlelight Eucharistic Procession and Consecration

Proceeds from the dinner and a free-will offering will benefit Maternidad de Maria, our Diocesan maternity hospital, clinic, orphanage and home visit program which serves the most vulnerable impoverished women, children and families in Chimbote, Peru. Tickets for dinner are $10/ adult, $5/child, FREE for children under 5, and must be pre-purchased by October 9 at THIS LINK. No registration is required to attend the procession and consecration.
